Karpathos has a bus network that connects Pigadia with the villages and some of the beaches of the islands.<\/p>\n

The buses go in various hours to the villages of Ammoopi and Piles, via Aperi, Volada and Othos, and to Arkasa, via Menetes and Lefkos.<\/p>\n

There is a special bus that connects the capital of the island with the village Olympos. This bus runs three times a day throughout the year.<\/p>\n

One can rent a car, a motorbike or a bicycle either in Pigadia or on the eastern side of the road leading to Aperi.<\/p>\n
